RETURN POLICY
All merchandise is covered under our 30-day manufacturer's warranty.
MY ORO USA INC accepts unworn items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing, or alterations. Special order returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Our receiving department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. After the receiving and acceptance process, please allow approximately 14 business days for your credit to be issued, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
All returns must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To obtain an RA Number, please contact us at 212-354-4380 or email info@myorousa.com. A MY ORO USA INC specialist will provide you with an RA Number. Please include the original documentation with all returns. All packages that do not have an RA Number or appear to have been damaged or tampered with will be returned to the original sender.
For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Please do not write 'JEWELRY', 'GOLD', 'DIAMONDS', or any other related items on the outside of the box.
Return shipments are the responsibility of the sender.
