Return & Refund Policy

MyOroUsa.com wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 30 days after you received item.

We have 30 days return policy as long as the items are returned in their original conditions as they were sent(NOT worn or used) from MyOroUsa.com with the gift box. We only accept returns within 30 days after you received item. We promise you 100% MONEY BACK with shipping & handling Fee if item is DEFECTIVE. Otherwise, It will be charged restocking fees from what you paid us. For the returning item, customers are responsible for shipping.

A restocking fee shall be applied for returned items following the price range table provided below:

Note - We DO NOT accept any damaged item that has been abused or mishandled, either intentionally or accidentally for exchange or refund, and custom made rings, pendants and resized rings are NOT refundable, and It may be subject to a partial repair or restocking fee.

  • Items have been damaged, abused or modified

  • Items have been engraved or resized

  • Special orders made to customer specifications


Please, contact us if you wish to return or exchange the item within 30 days, and we will issue a Return merchandise authorization(RMA) number for you with instruction. Packages without the RMA will not be accepted for refund of exchange. After we received return item from our customer, we will issue the refund money in 1~3 business days and it might take 2~10 business days to clear.

Note - MyOroUsa.com posts refunds in US dollars for the amount purchased, for foreign currencies your bank will determine your rate of exchange and MyOroUsa.com is not responsible for local currency values.

How to return an order

1. Obtain the RMA Number

To generate an RMA number. Click on Customer Service, My account or call on the 1-212-354-4380 on the bottom of your screen. Select 'Return Authorization Form'. Fill in the appropriate information and then email us. Then we confirm and issues RMA number for you through your email. And then follow the instructions below to return your package.

2. How to Package Your Return:

Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the 'Return Authorization Form’, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by MyOroUsa.com.

3. Shipment and Insurance:

For the secure return of your order, you need to use an upgraded courier service, such as UPS or FedEx with insurance rather than regular mail. Make sure you can track your package and opt for signature confirmation. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at MyOroUsa.com for prompt processing.
* MyOroUsa.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
